城市空间分析视角下的乳山空间发展及影响因素 王孟翰，刘兆德 摘要：改革开放以来，伴随着工业化进程加速，我国城镇化取得了巨大成就，城市数量和规模都有了明显 提升。与此同时，我国中小城市在城镇化进程中承担着越来越重要的角色，作为区域内经济发展与人口集 聚的重要极核。我国高速低质城镇化运动中，中小城市空间发展呈现出明显的市场主导特征，新城选址建 设与原有旧城往往缺乏整体性的思考，从而导致城区空间布局碎片化、空间低效化等一系列问题。以典型 中小城市乳山为例，从对空间定义的思考出发，推演城市空间定义与城市空间分析的主要视角，得出乳山 市空间发展具有阶段性、圈层性、断裂性、低效性与分异性五个主要特征，且影响乳山市空间发展的主要 因素可以归纳为自然环境引导，外部动力不足，内生动力单一三个主要因素，最后对乳山近期空间发展提 出相关建议。 关键词：空间，城市空间，发展特征，影响因素，乳山市 Abstract: since the reform and opening up,along with the accelerated process of industrialization, great achievementshavebeen madein Chinasurbanization,andthenumber and scale ofthecity havebeen significantly increased.Under thisbackground,the small and medium-sized cities in China are taking more and more important rolesin theprocess ofurbanization,and astheimportant growthpole oftheeconomic development andpopulation agglomeration in the region.However, with the process of high-speed and low-quality urbanization in China, the space development of small and medium-sized cities shows obvious market dominant characteristics, the lack of integral thinking about new town’s construction with the original old town , which leads to a series of problems such as fragmentation of the present space layout and the low efficiency of space.Taking Rushan of a typical medium and small city as an example, starting from the thinking of space definition, this paper deduces urban space definition andthemain perspectives of urban spatial analysis,and concludesthatthe development of space in Rushan has five main characteristics: stage, circle, fracture, low efficiency and differentiation,The main factors that affect the development of Rushan space can be summed up as three main factors, such as the guidance of the natural environment, the lack of external power and the single endogenous power.Finally, some suggestions for Rushansrecent spatialdevelopment areput forward.
