The basic situation of the house Part A rents the house which locates in Hebei Dist Dist(County) Building 27、28、29、30、31、32 Building 5 Kunshili (Building、 Bungalow) Rental area(private use)28.63 square metres(common use) square metres to Part B as living house( Housing usage see Enclosure 1). Second.Term of lease From 01 Apr 2010 to 31 Mar 2015. If both sides want to renew the contract, please write on《House Lease Contract Record》(Enclosure2), it will take effect after signing or sealing. , Third. Rental The rental is RMB57 per month. The date of moving is from the date informing by competent administrative authorities and the lease relationship comes to the end. Second .Others The contract is done in duplicate. It takes effect after signing or sealing. The contract can not be changed at will. The efficacy of enclosures equals to terms of contract. If the contract was lost, Part B should re-apply from Part B and public a lost statement on the main newspaper in the city appointed by Part A.
