机械性损伤的法医学鉴定 【摘 要】 机械性损伤是由各种致伤物以机械作用使人身组织结构破坏或生 理机能发生障碍。为了侦察和审判的目的，对损伤进行周密的检查、记录， 并对损伤的造成、程度、后果等提出合乎科学的结论或分析意见，称之为机 械性损伤的法医学鉴定。法医鉴定的目的 , 是判断损伤的类型和轻重程度 , 是 自伤、他伤抑或意外灾害，是生前伤抑或死后伤，以及损伤与死亡的关系。 通过检验，还可根据损伤的形态特征以推断、认定凶器等 , 对侦查和审判有着 重要意义。本文主要以机械性损伤的损伤时间、凶器推断和认定、致伤过程 分析、致伤原因、致伤条件、伤后的行为能力、损伤与疾病的关系、损伤的 死亡原因等的确定均对案件性质的确定、为侦察和审判提供线索和证据的重 要意义等机械性损伤的法医学鉴定问题进行探究。 【关键词】机械性损伤；法医学鉴定 Mechanical injury of the forensic identification Cheng mingqi [Abstract] Mechanical injury by a variety of mechanical injury to the role of objects so that the organizational structure of the physical damage or physical obstacles occur.
