Low-consumption water closet — a water closet with an average water consumption of 6.0 Lpf
(1.6 gpf) or less when tested in accordance with this Standard.
Δ Water-saving water closet — Deleted.
Water surface — the surface of the still water in the well of a water closet or urinal when the trap is filled
to the weir.
Weir — the lowest internal surface of the highest part of a trap (see Figure 13).
Well — a pocket that is open at the top and formed inside a water closet bowl or urinal at the entrance to
the trap.

CL — critical level
gpf — gallons per flush
