Summary of Topics
This bulletin announces the availability of Subject 212, the Outline of Investigation for Hand-
Operated Chemical Pumps. The outline covers requirements for hand-operated pumps intended
to handle chemicals and similar liquids.
Underwriters Laboratories Inc. has issued an Outline of Investigation for Hand-Operated Chemical
Pumps. The outline covers requirements for hand-operated pumps intended to handle chemicals and
similar liquids. These pumps are intended to be attached to a barrel, a drum, a carboy, or a similar
container, using connection means provided with the pump. The outline states the product description,
ratings and test program for the product.
