学 号：201008010430 HEBEI UNITED UNIVERSITY 毕业设计说明书 Graduate Design 设计题目:学生姓名:专业班级:学 院:指导教师:年产1800 设计题目: 学生姓名: 专业班级: 学 院: 指导教师: 年产1800万件日用陶瓷厂坯料车间工艺设计 许甫尧 10材料4班 材料科学与工程学院 郑占申 教授 2014年06月04日 摘要 本设计是结合当前社会经济背景、我国基本国情，在环境保护、市场需求的 基础上深入了解调查后做出的一份针对性的日用陶瓷工厂设计。厂址选在唐山， 预计年产量1800万件。首先，根据物料平衡计算，确定原料进厂到成品出厂过 程中各工序、各种原料、辅助材料、燃料及水电需要量和各堆场、仓库面积。其 次，根据设备选型结果选取主要设备如球磨机、浆池、料仓、压滤机、干燥窑和 烧成窑等。生产工艺流程由原料、成型、烧成三部分组成，包括坯、釉料制备、 成型、干燥、施釉、烧成、检选包装工段。然后，根据生产工艺流程和所选设备 进行工艺设计和布置，确定独立式车间布置及主要车间面积。 日用陶瓷厂坯料车 间工艺设计在传统的基础上，采用现代科学的方法进行设计布置， 这将有效地提 高经济效益，减少劳动强度。本设计综述了日用陶瓷的发展及现状， 进行了原料 和工艺流程的选择，完成了配方计算、 全厂的物料平■衡计算、设备的选型以及坯 料车间的设计。在掌握原料性质及完成配方计算的基础上， 算出了原料堆场的面 积，确定了机械设备的选型。通过主要工艺参数和不平衡系数的选择， 进一步完 善了各种计算和设备选型，满足了设计要求。 最后，把原料仓库工艺布置和泥浆 制备车间的工艺布置在图纸上绘制出来， 主要涉及设备有球磨机、破碎机和提升 机等该文档为文档投稿赚钱网作品，版权所有，违责必纠 关键词 日用陶瓷；工艺设计；物料计算；设备选型；车间布置 Abstract This design is combined with the current social and economic background and China's basic national conditions.It is also based on the environmental protection and the market demand.
