Notes for Participants 1、请与会嘉宾按照《参会指南》中的日程安排，按时有组织参加有关会议和活动， 请大家保持手机畅通，如有需要请与各活动项目的联络人联系。 1. According to the schedule in Participants’ Guide, the guests should take part in the relevant meetings and activities on time and in an organized way. Please keep your cell phones opened. If there is a need, please contact with the contact person of each activity. 2、论坛期间请与会嘉宾佩戴参会证，凭参会证出入会场、参加各项重要活动并用 餐。 2. During the forum, the guests should wear the participation card to come in and go out of the meeting places, take part in each important activity and have meals. 3、会务组在柳州饭店8号楼201号房设立了办公室，如有需要，请用酒店电话拨打8201 联系，或通过酒店总机2828336转接。此外，论坛招募了一批大学生志愿者，配合会务 工作人员为您提供参会服务。志愿者联系方式详见志愿者联系表。 3. The forum affairs group sets up an office in room 201 in Building 8 of Liuzhou Hotel. Please call 8201 by using the hotel phone or call the hotel operator in 2828336 for transferring if needed. Besides, the forum recruits volunteers of college students to cooperate with the forum affairs person to provide you services.
