集团基于独立经营的财务共享服务模式研究.pdf

哈尔滨商业大学硕士学位论文 摘 要 进入21世纪以来，全球经济飞速发展。在经济全球化背景下，企业兼并收购层出不 穷，企业不断发展壮大。企业的分支机构不断增多并且遍布全球各地，这样一来，传统的财 务管理模式将会难以应对企业的快速发展。财务共享服务将有助于解决大型企业尤其是跨国 跨地区企业在这方面所面临的困难。财务共享服务被越来越多的企业所应用，财务共享服务 有基本模式、市场模式、高级市场模式、独立经营模式四种模式。何种模式更适应企业发展 管理，是当下热点问题，企业最初引进财务共享服务的重点就是，确定选择何种财务共享服 务模式。 本文运用文献分析法与案例研究法。首先，梳理国内外文献，界定财务共享服务概念、 特点，分析财务共享服务模式的四种类型；其次，以A 集团财务共享服务应用实践为例， 理论联系实际，系统分析A 集团实施财务共享服务模式的动因，以及其选择实施财务共享 A A 服务模式时的影响因素，并深入分析 集团现行的独立经营财务共享服务模式，对 集团 基于独立经营的财务共享服务模式上存在的问题进行分析，提出相应的解决建议；最后，提 出结论，财务共享服务虽然会给企业带来一定发展优势，但是必须要注意伴随财务共享服务 实施，可能会出现的各种问题。 关键词：财务共享服务模式；独立经营；A 集团 - -I 哈尔滨商业大学硕士学位论文 Abstract Sincethebeginning ofthe 21st century,the global economy hasdevelopedrapidly.Under the background of economic globalization, mergers and acquisitions have continued to emerge, and enterpriseshavecontinuedtogrow.Thenumber ofbranchesoftheenterpriseisincreasing andit is spreadallovertheworld.Asaresult,thetraditionalfinancialmanagementmodelwillbedifficultto copewith therapid development ofthe enterprise.Financial sharing serviceswillhelp to solvethe difficulties faced by large enterprises, especially transnational and trans regional enterprises.
