摘 要 随着我国经济的发展，城市面貌也随之发生巨变，新城区的出现和居住条件 兴起导致城市老旧小区逐步衰败。青知蚁族是对大学毕业生低收入聚居群体的概 括，他们在就业初期难以负担高昂的房价，租房逐渐成为他们的首选目标。在生 活方便、配套全面、交通便利、高房价和工作位置等众多因素的影响下，生活租 住在老城区的青知蚁族也在逐年增多，但迫于生活成本的压力下，租房环境往往 并不理想，城中村、老旧小区、棚户区不得不成为他们的临时居所，居住环境亟 待改善。可以说“脏乱差”的城市老旧小区也逐步成为青知蚁族的落脚点。俗话 说安居才能乐业，如何关怀刚刚走向社会的青知蚁族，使他们能更好的为社会发 展贡献力量，进一步维护社会稳定，是当前的热点问题。而改善他们需要的生活 居住空间，则是行之有效的途径之一，本文基于城市老旧小区视角下针对青知蚁 族的居住环境提出相应的设计方法和设计策略，旨在为改善青知蚁族的居住环境， 使其成为城市可持续发展的重要因素。 第一章主要研究本文相关背景，并通过国内外相关研究综述和总结建立研 究方法和框架；第二章结合青知蚁族居住需求的问卷调查和相关改造思考，分 析青知蚁族居住需求与现状，探索改造的理论依据和原则；第三章总结设计策 略，对居住的典型公共空间设计及室内空间进行具体设计研究分析；探索能满 足青知蚁族居住空间的可行性、艺术性需求的设计方法；第四章通过对绳金塔 小区改造设计的实践案例，对探索青知蚁族居住环境改造的可行性和落地性进 行探索；第五章，对本文研究进行总结与展望。 关键词：老旧小区；青知蚁族；居住空间；模块化设计 I Abstract With the development of my countrys economy, the citys appearance has also changed dramatically.
