PAGE 22 小型双层立体停车装置 Small Double-deck Stereo Parking Devic 摘要 简单的升降智能停车空间缓解了民用停车问题，但降低了立体停车空间的稳定性，缩短了三维停车空间设备的使用寿命，同时提升过程中三维停车平台的框架变形。 框架变形属于非线性结构问题，解决变形的问题框架首先建立机床模型，然后是倾斜力矩框架，支撑和强度计算，然后使用有限元分析软件AnsysWorkbench模块 将色谱柱旋转0°和90°。在工程力学性能模拟计算框架下，得到了两种工况下框架的变形量、主要变形方向、主应力和最大应力位置，最后利用测试软件系统对样机进行了变形测试。根据原型试验结果，验证了机械模型，根据分析结果分析了三维停车空间装置框架的问题，提出了改进框架的建议，即三维停车为空间框架稳定性设计提供重要的参考值。。 关键词：立体；车库；结构设计  Abstract with the rapid development of Chinas economy, car ownership rate rose rapidly, worsening the problem of parking in the city, and as an effective measure to solve the urban parking, stereo garage has attracted more and more people favor. Automation and independent garage has the merits of convenient operation, safe and reliable, high efficiency and low, are subject to the attention of domestic and foreign enterprises. However, the communication network, motor control and other core control technology of the domestic garage has long lagged behind the developed countries, which leads to lower domestic production rate of the core control of the garage, and needs to be improved. Therefore this paper to automated three-dimensional garage as the research object, the control system key technologies with the development of the city, the population growth and peoples living level improved, car the modern transportation increasing, parking is difficult to become a major problem plaguing the development of the city. As solving the city static traffic and effective measures to space, to the high-level development of automated parking equipment, in the area are few, parking rate high, flexible layout, high efficiency and low energy consumption, high price, safe and reliable advantages, more and more people have favored.
