黄石，一个继往开来、永不止步的矿冶名城。黄石是中国先秦时期重要的
铜矿聚集地和粗铜产地，也是中国近现代重要的工矿城市之一。在新中国成立
初期，黄石依托原材料工业，走过了一段辉煌的发展时期。然而，在矿产资源
面临枯竭的今天，黄石亟待走出一条转型之路。 大冶湖生态新区的提出，为黄
石的城市转型提供了新的战略性空间。这里将成为引领黄石新型城市化的新航
标，长江中游城市群一流的生态示范区，重新开启黄石时代风采的舞台。
HUANGSHI, a progressing Metallurgy city, is an important gathering place and blister
copper origin from Chinese Qin Dynasty, also an important modern Chinese mining city. In the
founding of New China, relying on raw material industries, Huangshi have gone through a glorious
period of development. However, threatened by the depletion of mineral resources today,
Huangshi Must get out of the position and go onto a new way of transformation. The proposal of
Daye Lake Ecological District provides Huangshi a new strategic space for urban transformation.
It will become a new beacon leading the new urbanization of Huangshi, an a-class ecological
demonstration zone of the Yangtze River city group, and brings a re-open of the Yellowstone era
