PAGE 33 PAGE 1 年产1000吨方便面工厂设计 作者刘远山 摘要 一直以来中国的方便面消费量都十分巨大，随着市场的开发和经济的发展，全国兴建了一大批方便面厂。目前，方便面厂建设的高峰已经过去，正逐渐由量的扩张向质的提高过渡。本设计主要围绕年产1000吨方便面工厂来开展设计，主要涉及以下几个方面的内容：方便面的介绍与发展概况、产品设计及工艺说明、物料衡算、设备选型、车间平面布置和总平面布置、水电用量的估算、环境保护、卫生安全、劳动组织。 综合考虑工厂当地的资源、环境及政策等各项条件，本设计产品方案选择了方便面工厂。对该设计的市场前景进行了合理分析。根据相关国家标准，对方便面的生产工艺进行了较为完善的工艺论证说明。 关键词：方便面 工厂 车间布置 效益分析 Abstract The consumption of instant noodles in China has always been huge. With the development of the market and economic development, a large number of instant noodle factories have been built nationwide. At present, the peak of instant noodle factory construction has passed and is gradually transitioning from quantitative expansion to qualitative improvement. This design focuses on the design of an instant noodle factory with an annual output of 1,000 tons. It mainly involves the following aspects: introduction and development of instant noodles, product design and process description, material balance, equipment selection, workshop layout and general plan Layout, water and electricity consumption estimation, environmental protection, health and safety, labor organization. Taking into consideration the local resources, environment and policies of the factory, the instant noodle factory was selected for this design product plan. A reasonable analysis of the market prospects of the design is made. According to the relevant national standards, a relatively complete process demonstration and explanation of the production process of instant noodles was carried out.
