经典专科、本科、硕博、研究生、期刊毕业论文 仅供参考 精心整理 仅供参考 勿用作商业用途 广州航海学院 毕 业 论 文 　 　　 二○一六年六月 精心整理 仅供参考 勿用作商业用途 基于PLC的船舶生活污水处理系统的仿真与设计 专业班级：船舶电子电气工程 姓 名： 林君怡  指导教师： 蒋先平  信息与通信工程学院 摘 要 随着全球经济的快速发展，世界各国对海洋环境保护的日益重视，航运业对海洋环境的影响逐渐进入人们的视线，船舶航运业的防污染工作己被提到日程上来。本文从船舶生活污水处理角度出发，通过分析比对不同处理装置的优劣性，选择能够广泛应用于大部分船舶的装置类型，根据所选处理装置类型，对实际船舶生活污水处理过程加以分析，结合PLC控制技术，对污水处理过程中己有的工艺方法加以优化设计，使处理装置能够在满足污水处理工艺的同时，提升系统的处理效果，并最终实现污水处理系统的自动运行控制。最后结合仿真技术，运用通讯手段，设计开发出一套污水处理仿真系统，模拟出实际船舶的污水处理工作过程。成果表明，所设计的污水处理的自动控制符合实际船舶污水处理的运行工况，仿真系统界面友好直观、操作性强且PLC控制运行可靠，对船舶生活污水处理系统的日后发展和研究上有一定程度的参考价值。 关键词：船舶；生活污水处理；PLC；自动控制；仿真  ABSTRACT With the rapid development of the global economy, more and more attention has been paid to the marine environment protection in the world. The impact of the shipping industry on the marine environment has gradually come to peoples attention. The pollution prevention work of the shipping industry has been put on the agenda. This article from the perspective of ship sewage treatment, advantages and disadvantages of different processing devices through the analysis of the comparison, selection can be widely used in most of the ships equipment types, according to the selected type of treatment device, the actual ship sewage treatment process analysis, combined with PLC control technology, to optimize the design of the sewage treatment process has some process so, processing device can meet the sewage treatment process at the same time, enhance the treatment effect of the system, automatic operation control and finally realize the sewage treatment system. At last, a simulation system of sewage treatment is designed and developed by means of communication technology, which simulates the process of sewage treatment of actual ships. The results show that the automatic control of sewage treatment design conforms to the actual operating conditions of ship sewage treatment simulation system, friendly interface, strong operation and PLC control operation, with a certain degree of referen
