经济论文：城镇居民家庭理财配置调查分析及研究—以南京市江宁区为例   摘要  近年，中国金融市场的发展水平不断增强，即便家庭理财业务起步较晚，国内学者对于家庭理财业务的研究随着中国金融市场的发展变化而逐渐丰富起来。家庭资产增加，融资和财务管理知识的不断提高，使得公民逐步转变理财观念。当前功能单一的银行储蓄不再符合投资者的资产价值观，传统的银行存款为绝对主体的家庭财务管理模式也在逐渐改变，城镇居民开始寻找新的投资产品为了获得更高的投资回报。需求和金融服务的水平和内容的变化为家庭金融业务在中国的发展打下了坚实的基础，我国的商业银行家庭金融发展具有巨大空间。本文从城镇居民家庭理财配置的理论出发，对于南京市江宁区城镇居民的家庭资产配置状况进行问卷调查和实证分析，从中找寻南京市江宁区城镇居民的家庭资产配置中存在的问题，并最后提出了相关建议。    关键词：城镇居民 家庭理财 配置 调查    Abstract  In China, the family financial business started late, with the changes in China#39;s financial market, domestic scholars of family wealth management business is gradually enriched, increasing household assets, financing and financial management knowledge continues to improve, gradually changing financial concepts, single function savings banks are no longer meet the aspirations of the asset value of the investor, the traditional bank deposits as the financial management model is gradually changing the absolute subject of urban residents began looking for a new investment product market in order to obtain a higher return on investment.
