PAGE PAGE 10 摘 要 本设计的课题来源于生产实践，主要任务是设计可以在矿山井下、露天、粉尘、潮湿、空气质量不好的比较恶劣的环境中工作的，并要求具有安全的可操作空间的单轨吊承载小车。 本文在概述单轨吊的基本结构、功能的基础上，对单轨吊的承载小车的结构进行了设计，并对各个结构部分进行了设计计算。重点是单轨吊承载小车的正常行驶机构、以及刹车系统的设计及校核。 在设计过程中，我们分析了承载小车的安装结构，主要对承载小车的轮轴、承载轮、壳体、肋板等进行了设计，实现承载小车的安装使用；在承载小车上安装了导向轮，可以实现承载小车的安全转弯；在承载小车上安装的刹车系统，实现了小车的安全刹车。 在设计中，我们完成了对承载轮及其轮轴、导向轮及其轮轴等部分的设计计算以及校核并绘制了装配图、零件图，完成了对于单轨吊承载小车的设计。 关键词：单轨吊承载小车；轮轴；滚动轴承；刹车系统 Abstract The task of the graduation design comes from practice. The main task is to design the carrying vehicles of the suspended locomotive that can be used in the bad circumstances like under the mine, in the open, dusty, humid, poor air quality and etc, and also with the operational safety of space. In the base of summarizing the basis structure and function of the suspended locomotive, the main structure of the carrying vehicles of the suspended locomotive is designed, and the designing calculations of every segment are carried on. Especially, the designing and proofreading of moving mechanical and breaking system of the carrying vehicles of the suspended locomotive are carried on. In the course of designing, we analyze the installation structure of the carrying vehicles, and mainly design the axle, carrying wheel, hull and ribbing to implement the installation and employ of the carrying vehicles; we build in guide pulley on the carrying vehicles to implement the safe swerve; we build in breaking system on the carrying vehicles to implement the safe breaking. In the course of designing, carrying wheels and axle, guide pulley and axle and etc, are designed and calculated. After calculation and checking, we draw assembly drawing and part drawing. In the end, we complete the design of the carrying vehicles of the suspended locomotive.
