自拟清瘟解毒汤治疗疑似甲型 H1N1流感疗效研究 【摘要】目的: 用自拟清瘟解毒汤治疗疑似甲型 h1n1 流感疗效 的研究，旨在指导用中药治疗的临床实践。方法 : 选取 2009 年 10 月～ 11 月在笔者所在医院 ( 以下称：本院 ) 治疗的疑似甲型 h1n1 流 感患者 169 例，随机分成治疗组 110 例和对照组 59 例，治疗组采 用自拟清瘟解毒汤， 对照组口服莲花清瘟胶囊， 体温超过 38.5 ℃均 给予布洛芬口服，然后观察病人发热时间及流感样症状消失时间， 对两组病例治疗效果进行比较。结果 : 治疗组病例发热时间明显缩 短，总有效率为 91.82%，对照组总有效率为 79.66%，经 x 2 检 验，差异有统计学意义（ x 2=5.22 ，p ﹤0.05 ）；治疗组咳嗽、咽 痛、全身酸痛等流感样症状明显改善，总有效率为 97.27%，对照组 总有效率为 86.44%，经 x 2 检验，差异有显著意义（ x2=7.41 ，p ﹤0.01 ）。结论 : 清瘟解毒汤治疗疑似甲型 h1n1 流感能明显缩短病 人的发热时间，对于改善甲型 h1n1 流感所致的咳嗽、咽痛、肌肉 酸痛都有确切疗效，且明显好于莲花清瘟胶囊，是一种行之有效的 治疗方法，值得临床推广使用。 【关键词】甲型 h1n1 流感；清瘟解毒汤；莲花清瘟胶囊；疗效 since fitting qing wen jiedu decoction ssuspected type a h1n1 flu efficacy research geng mei 1 xia xinchao 2 jin zhongpin 3 【abstract 】 objective: to use since fitting qing wenjiedu 1 / 10 decoction suspected alpha h1n1 flu curative effect of research, aiming to guide with herbal treatment of clinical practice. methods: select october 2009 ~ in november in the writer ’s hospital (hereafter: cbma) therapy in patients with suspected alpha h1n1 flu 169 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group in 110 cases 59 patients, the treatment group adoption from hot to clear soup, oral lotus detoxification control temperature exceeds hot capsule, 38.5 ℃ augusts ibuprofen were given orally, then observe the patient fever time and flu-like symptoms disappeared time, two groups of cases treatment effect comparison. results: th
