代理业务约定书 Agent Agreement 此份 与北京鑫之杰会计顾问有限公司之代理业务约定将明确我们提供服务的性质和范围，以及为支持我们的服务而需要贵公司协助的工作及有关收费的约定，同时也将明确其它一些条款和条件，这些条款和条件将保证我们的专业服务，能达到我们与贵公司的共同目标。 This service agreement is signed between and Beijing xinzhijie Accounting Consultant Co., Ltd. This contract is for Beijing xinzhijie Accounting Consultant Co., Ltd. Providing professional services to out clients, will clarify the service scope and information refer to payment issue, These terms will guarantee the quality service we are providing and reach our mutual goal. 服务综述： 我们将依据中华人民共和国企业法、税法及其它各项法规，为您提供以下代理服务： General outline: The services we are providing should be based on the Enterprise Law of P.R. China, and Taxation Law of P.R China: A、代办向北京市国家税务局、地方税务局作纳税申报，并代理缴纳税款，包括个人所得税、营业税、印花税、企业所得税等。 Provide the service of declaring tax to the State Tax Bureau, Local Tax Bureau, help with paying tax, the tax items are private income tax, operating tax, stamp tax, enterprise income tax and whatever other required taxes. B、代理日常财务管理（整理及装订票据、凭证并代理记账）。 Provide the service for daily booking (receipt filing, invoice filing and book accounting) C、提供常年税务顾问。 Provide tax consultancy services. D、代办贵公司的税务登记、界定、验证、变更、注销等。（收费另议） Provide services of reviewing all types of License’s registration, and finish the process of company closing. (fee will be negotiated based on each individual services) E、年终审计。（收费另议） Provide the service for annual auditing (Fee will be negotiated based on each individual services) F、人事代理服务（收费另议） 办理聘用中国雇员的合法手续； 为雇员提供人事档案、社会保险、商业保险及福利待遇方面的培训及咨询； 协助办理雇员档案及保险的转移手续； 负责人事档案关系接转及工龄连续计算； 上门解答雇员问题，收集需报销药费单据及报销手续； 提供公证所需各类手续。 F．Personnel agent service (Fee will be negotiated based on each individual services) ●Transacts the formalities of employing Chinese employee Supplies training and consultation on personnel archives, social insurance, commercial insurance, and welfare treatments. ●Helps to transact the diversion formalities of employee’s dossiers.
