冲压模具 . 注塑模具 哈尔滨工业大学本科毕业设计（论文） 摘要 模具的制造是衡量一个国家工业水平的重要标志之一，在国民经济中占有重要地位。 近几年，国家对精密、复杂、大型模具的研究和开发加大力度，同时也大力提高模具的计 算机辅助设计和制造水平。我国的模具将进入一个迅速发展阶段。 文章主要结合实际零件，一个冲压件和一个肥皂盒底盖，阐述了冲模和注塑模具的设 计制造，用 UG 软件进行造型、设计，并对注塑模凸模进行数控编程和加工。 首先介绍了模具行业的发展状况和我国模具的发展趋势。 其次对冲件进行工艺分析和冲裁加工分析，设计计算冲压模具各零件，并用 UG 软件 进行三维造型。 然后对注塑件进行注塑工艺分析，用 UG 软件 moldwizzard 进行注塑模具设计，并对 各零件进行计算校核。 最后用 UG 对注塑模凸模进行数控编程，并输入机床，加工出蜡模。 关键词 冲压模具；注塑模具； UG 软件； I 哈尔滨工业大学本科毕业设计（论文） Abstract The manufacturing level of molds is a important symbols of the level of a country ' s industry .It holds the important status in the national economy. In recent years, country does a lot in complex, large-scale mold research ,and enhances the level of computer-aided design and manufacture level of molds.Our country's mold will enter a rapid development phase. The article unioning actual components, a punhing part and a soap box bottom , elaborated the design and manufacture of dies and plastics injects mold, modelling with UG software,.then manufature the upper part of the plastics injects mold with Nc programm composing by UG.. Firstly, the article briefed the development of mold profession condition and the development of our country ' s mold industry. Secondly, the article flushes to carry on the craft analysis and the blanking processing analysis, the design calculation dies various components, and carries on the three dimensional modelling with the UG software. Then , the article carries on the injection molding craft analysis to the injection molding, carries on the note mold design with UG software moldwizzard, and carries on the computation examination to various components. Finally , the article uses UG to mold the upper mold to carry on the numerical control programming, and inputs the engine bed, processing the wax pattern.
