摇臂钻操作、维护和保养规程 Regulations on the operation and maintenance of the rocker arm drilling machine 目的 objective 通过对设备的严格规范化管理，确保设备保持完好状态，更好地为生产服务。 For the objective that the equipments can work with high efficiency to finish the production well through the strict and standard management. 适用范围 Scope 摇臂钻的操作、维护和保养。 It is applied in all kinds of the operation and maintenance of the rocker arm drilling machine 3.操作规程 Regulations on operation 3.1 操作者必须熟悉机床操作顺序和性能，严禁超性能使用设备 Operator must know milling machines operation sequences and performance, do not use the machine over the performance. 3.2 操作者必须经过培训、考试或考核合格后，持证上岗。 Operator must be well trained and hold the certificate after test before working. 3.3 开机前，按设备润滑图表注油，检查各手柄是否放在规定的位置上。按压总启动按钮，启动油泵电机。 Fill in grease according to lubrication chart before machine starts, check whether all the handles are in the stipulated position. Press start button, and start oil bump motor. 3.4 按压主轴箱与立柱松开按钮，按压摇臂升降按钮，并移动主轴或转动摇臂。 Press button of grinding machine column and spindle. Press button of rocker arm lift, move spindle and rocker arm. 3.5 选择低速档，调好进给量，空转 10 分钟后，可试自动进给。 Choose low speed and adjust feeding, 10minuts run with no workpiece before auto feeding. 3.6 进给退出，主电机停止，按压总停按钮。 Press stop button after motor stopped. 3.7 关闭机床电控总开关，关闭电控柜空气开关。 Switch off machine switch button and control cabinet buttons. 3.8 清洁机床，按设备润滑图表注油，立柱、摇臂抹油。 Clean grinding machine according to lubricant chart,grinding machine column, and rocker arm. 4.维护职责 4. responsibility for maintenance 4.1 操作工负责设备每天、季度和年度的维护和保养，并填写维护和保养记录； 4.1 Operators shall carry on current, yearly and quarter maintenance of the machine and record the history of the maintenance. 4.2 车间部门主管负责设备日常点检保养工作的监督、检查和落实工作； 4.2 Director in the workshop shall monitor, check the work of the maintenance and to guarantee its implementation. 4.3 生产课负责设备维护和保养工作的监督、检查，并负责组织对设备的应急维修。 4.3 Production departments shall monitor and check the maintenance of the equipments and shall organize the urgent repair of the equip
