Class-Based RTP and TCP Header Compression This feature allows you to configure Real-Time Transport Protocol (RTP) or TCP IP header compression on a per-class basis, when a class is configured within a policy map. Policy maps are created using the Modular Quality of Service (QoS) Command-Line Interface (CLI) (MQC). This feature allows you to configure and fine-tune IP header compression at a more granular level and extends the functionality of the MQC.
