摘 要 随着计算机技术和网络技术的快速发展，手工模式已经无法满足现代化办公的需要。办公自动化系统作为提高工作效率、规范办公制度、降低办公成本、方便领导决策的重要工具，电子办公正领导着现代化办公的潮流。本文提出规范化的科研项目财务管理系统就是要利用计算机对复杂的科研项目的财务进行管理，对财务能够做到清晰的了解，随时查询收支，查看财务报表，提高了高校的工作效率，同时大大降低了出错的概率，为领导的经营决策提供了可靠的数据资料，系统的正常运行为高校带来了直接的经济效益，该系统的后台维护管理，更可以增加系统的安全性，数据的安全性也有了很好的保障。本系统采用B/S结构，以Php作为开发语言，Mysql作为数据库进行开发和设计的。在本文中，详细的介绍了系统开发设计的各个过程，以及每个功能实现的情况以及主要的代码，同时附有运行界面图，最后总结了开发阶段和测试阶段所遇到的问题和解决方法。 【关键词】：财务管理 财务报表 数据安全 ABSTRACT With the rapid development of computer technology and network technology, manual mode has been unable to meet the needs of a modern office。Office automation system as an important tool to improve work efficiency, to standardize office systems, to reduce office costs and to facilitate leadership decision-making, e-office is leading the trend of the modern office. In the article，we proposed Standardized management system for scientific research accounts which uses the computer to manage information and aims to clearly know the accounts information, Check payments at any time, View Accounts Report ,and further improving the colleges efficiency, while significantly reducing the probability of error,and provide reliable data for the leader’s Business decision . The normal operation of the system for the universities bring direct economic benefits, The system of background maintenance can also increase the system security, Data security protection has also been very good. The system uses the B / S structure ,and Php as a development language, Mysql as a database development and design.
