We build things, we take risks, and we believe that if you have a good idea and are willing to work hard enough, you can turn that idea into a successful business. Today, entrepreneurs are everywhere, in labs, in garages -- all across America, they#39;re working on new sources of clean energy, cures for life threatening diseases, and inventions that will transfer the way we see the world. And because the new businesses they create are responsible for most of the new jobs in this country, helping them succeed is essential to helping our economy grow. That#39;s why we need to do everything we can to make it easier for America#39;s entrepreneurs to take an idea from the drawing board, to the factory floor, to the store shelves. //　　As part of this, I#39;ve proposed legislation that will make it easier for entrepreneurs to get the funding they need to grow and create jobs. And through a program called Startup America, I#39;ve called on my entire administration to help entrepreneurs get loans, cut through red tape, speed up innovation and get their businesses off the ground faster. We also helped launch something called The Startup America Partnership to connect these entrepreneurs with private companies and get them the resources they need; from mentorship opportunities to leads on potential customers. At a time when companies can set up shop anywhere there#39;s an internet connection, we need to make sure the next generation of inventors and innovators can thrive right here in America. So let#39;s celebrate these new ideas. Let#39;s help them grow. And let#39;s make sure that America continues to be home to the best minds and the most innovative businesses on
