毕业设计（论文） 题 目：聚苯胺复合导电纤维的制备与研究 学 院： 纺织与材料学院 专业班级：纺织工程（针织服装）08级（2）班 指导教师: 学生姓名: 职称: 讲师 号: 涤纶是世界上产量最大，应用最广泛的合成纤维品种Z-O冃前涤纶占 世界合成纤维产量的60%以上，大量用于衣料、床上用品、各种装饰布料、 国防军工特殊织物等纺织品以及其他工业用纤维制品，如过滤材料、绝缘材 料、轮胎帘子线、传送带等。由于涤纶的回潮率比较低，静电现象严重，很 大程度上限制了涤纶制品的应用。 以涤纶纱线为基质，以苯胺为原料，采用原位聚合法，制备了聚苯胺/ 涤纶复合导电纱线，研究了碱处理的浓度、温度、氧化剂浓度和掺杂酸用 量等因素对纱线导电性能及物理性能的影响，得岀了最佳工艺条件。结呆表 明，通过控制反应的条件，可使涤纶纤维有效吸附聚苯胺，制备出性能良 好的导电纱线。其最佳丁艺条件为:NaOH浓度为50g/L,反应温度为80°C, 碱处理时间为2h,过硫酸鞍/苯胺单体摩尔比为1:1,硫酸浓度为1 mol/L,反 应时间为6h,反应温度为15?25°Co 采用原位聚合法制备了涤纶/聚苯胺复合导电织物，对比研究了碱处理、 掺杂酸的浓度、氧化剂与苯胺摩尔比等因索对聚合反应的影响，确定了最佳 工艺条件：涤纶碱减量的时间为90min,碱处理温度为95°C,浴比为1:20, 过硫酸鞍/苯胺单体摩尔比为1:1，硫酸浓度为lmol/L,反应时间为2h,反应 温度为15?25°CO 关键词：涤纶，聚苯胺，原位聚合法，复合导电纱线，复合导电织物 ABSTRACT Polyester is the worlds largest output synthetic fiber which is widely used in the world. Polyester accounts for more than 60 percent of the worlds synthetic fiber production, and it is used extensively for clothing, bedding, a variety of decorative fabrics, national defense and special fabric textiles and other industrial fiber products, such as filter materials, insulation materials, tire cord, conveyor belts. Polyester has low moisture regain and static electricity, which largely limits the application of polyester products. The optimal reaction condition could be gotten from the experimental results. The results show that, by controlling the reaction conditions, good performance conductive fibers which absorp polyaniline effectively can be prepared?
