PAGE PAGE 2 摘　　要 报表管理系统软件的功能是特定查询和呈现用户所需数据结果。公司能够通过报表管理系统软件更加清晰的了解公司的财政现状等，从而做出正确的决策分析，为公司的发展带来举得的经济效益。为了适应公司对报表系统软件的需求，科技水平的不断发展，各种各样的公司报表管理系统软件层出不穷，大量新的产品和新的功能如雨后春笋一般。但是大多数报表系统软件都是根据传统的报表模型来设计的，只是在一定程度上提高了报表系统软件的运行速率等，难以解决实际问题。好的报表系统软件设计师数据源和输出字段等都是由用户自己决定的。这样就在报表格式的定义和数据集函数的定义上就增加了大量的工作，而在后期的系统软件维护工作上就不需要下大工夫。本课题设计的报表系统软件包含了报表自动生成模块、财务报表分析模块、任务管理模块和公司管理模块，通过它们可以实现报表的自定义到报表的正确呈现。 课题是基于VSTO来实现的解决公司内部报表问题的报表管理系统软件，依据公司对报表系统软件的总体需求，在结合目前市场上报表系统软件的相关技术和设计，设计出了一个动态可变的报表系统软件，并可以有效的在现实工作中得以推广使用，最后设计出了一个可以正常投入使用的动态可自定的报表管理系统软件。 关键词：VSTO技术；报表系统；设计与应用 PAGE PAGE 1 Abstract The function of report management system software is the specific query and presentation of the user's required data results.
