英文版租房合同2 LEASEAGREEMENT THISAGREEMENTOFLEASEismadeonthis16thdayofDecember2003byandBETWEEN:- Mrs.GhazalaWaheedw/oAbdulWaheed,Adult,R/oHouseNo.***-*,DHA,LahoreCantt,(hereinaftertoastheLESSORoftheONEPART). And Mr.****,R/oChina,refereedtoastheLESSEEoftheOTHERPART.(Expression“LESSOR” and“LESSEE”whereverthecontextsopermitshallalwaysmeanandincludetheirrespectiveheirs,successorslegalrepresentativeandassignees). WHEREAStheLESSORisthelawfulownerandinlawfulpossessionofHouseNo,***-*,DHA, LahoreCantt,consistingof4Bedroomswithbath,D/D,TV;Lounge,Kitchen,Store,Servant,Quartertogetherwithfixturesandfitting(hereinaftercollectivelycalledtheDEMISEDPREMISES). ANDWHEREAStheLESSORhasagreedtheleaseandtheLESSEEhasagreedtotakeonleasetheDEMISEDPREMISESonthetermsandconditionasgivenbelow:- 1.ThisagreementinonlyvalidifLESSEEisrenewedandextendedfortheleaseperiod. 2.TheLESSORletsLESSEEtakestheDEMISSEDPREMISESforaperiodof12months Commencingfrom15thJanuary2004.TheLeaseisrenewableforafurtherperiodasmaybemutuallyagreedinwritingonexpiryoftheleaseperiod 3.TherentoftheDEMISEDPREMISESshallbeUSD3,300/-(USdollarsThreeThousandandThreehundredOnly)permonth 4.TheLESSORherebyacknowledgesreceiptofthesumofUSD.19,800/-(USdollarsNineteenThousandandeightHundredOnly)permonth. 5.ItisherebyagreedbetweenthepartiesthattheLESSEEshallpaytheaforesaidmonthlyrent USD.3,300/-(USdollarsThreeThousandandThreehundredOnly)asthemonthlyrentaladvanceby20thofeachcalendarmonthforwhichifisdueaftercompletionofadvancerentperiodendingon15thJuly2004. 6.ThattheLESSORherebyacknowledgesreceiptofthesumofRs.60,000/-(RupeesSixtyThousandOnly)fromtheLESSEEasFIXEDEDPOSITSECURITYwhichshallberefundedtotheLESSEEongivingbackthevacantpossessionoftheDEMISEDPREMISESafterdeductionofdamages/shortagesoutstandingbillsforElectricity,Water,GasandTelephonechargesetc,againsttheDEMISEDPREMISES.
