PAGE \* MER PAGE 14 跨国公司的外汇交易风险及其防范 ——以中国远洋海运集团有限公司为例 摘 要 伴随经济全球化的日益发展，愈来愈强大的外汇市场与激烈的竞争是我国企业当下遇到的棘手问题。企业只有勇敢面对挑战并发展对外贸易，才能在这场竞争中得以生存和发展。然而，企业从外汇交易中获取的巨额利润也给商业企业带来了巨大的风险。在此基础上，本文分析了潜在外汇交易风险对跨国公司经营的影响。以远洋海运集团为例，提出跨国公司应对外汇交易风险的措施和控制方法，主要包括：增强外汇交易风险防范意识、加强外汇人才的储备和培养、选择适当的外汇交易工具和建立外汇交易风险管理体系，以帮助在动荡的金融环境中生存进而谋求长期发展。 关键词：跨国公司；外汇交易风险；汇率变动 Foreign Exchange Transaction risks of Transnational Corporations and their Prevention ——Taking China Ocean Shipping Group Co., Ltd as an Example Abstract With the increasing development of economic globalization, the increasingly powerful foreign exchange market and fierce competition are the thorny problems that Chinese enterprises now encounter. Only by courageously facing challenges and developing foreign trade can enterprises survive and develop in this competition. However, the huge profits obtained by enterprises from foreign exchange transactions also bring huge risks to commercial enterprises. On this basis, this paper analyzes the impact of potential foreign exchange risk on the operations of multinational companies. Taking the Ocean Shipping Group as an example, it proposes measures and control methods for multinational companies to deal with foreign exchange risks, including: enhancing awareness of foreign exchange risk prevention, strengthening the reserve and training of foreign exchange talents, selecting appropriate foreign exchange trading tools and establishing foreign exchange risk management systems to Help to survive in a turbulent financial environment and pursue long-term development.
