加强企业成本费用管理的有效对策 摘 要 现阶段大多数企业为了更快的适应市场经济环境的不断发展，都开始对企业内部的相关成本管理模式进行了优化和改革。企业建立起科学有效的成本管理体系，不仅能够为企业节省相应的财务成本，提升企业的经济效益，还能够提高企业的市场竞争能力。本文以木材加工企业建诚有限公司为研究对象，对公司的成本管理现状进行了深入的研究，并找出建诚有限公司在成本管理过程中存在的问题，最后针对这些问题提出了相应的解决对策。也希望本文的研究能够帮助我国企业制定科学合理的成本管理体系，在面对激烈的市场竞争时，提高自身的优势，并长期稳定的发展下去。 关键词：建诚有限公司；成本管理；采购成本；销售费用；成本费用管理 Effective Countermeasures to Strengthen the Management of Enterprise Cost Abstract At present, in order to adapt to the continuous development of the market economy environment, most enterprises gradually optimize and reform their internal cost management mode.
