PAGE I 关于企业存货管理中存在的问题与对策研究 内容摘要 企业的存货是在企业发展过程中用于销售和存储的重要有形资产。存货作为一个重要的关键会计项目，在企业的财务报表上占到了重要的比率。从而，对存货的有效管理，关系到企业的发展状况和财务经营成果。存货也关系到企业的资金构成比率并影响资金占用水平及资本运行。且在国家经济的强力发展推动下，企业存货管理的发展得到了企业高层的重视与关注，强化存货管理的建设，可以极大地提高资金占用水平，并且促进企业资源的高效利用与配置，以增强企业经济效益和发展。但是企业在进行存货管理中会出现一些管理问题，然后需要企业积极地寻求对策来解决问题。本文主要就企业存货管理中存在的问题与对策进行研究，希望能有效地解决问题。 关键词：存货；存货管理；对策；经济效益  On the problems and Countermeasures of inventory management in Enterprises Abstract The inventory of an enterprise is an important tangible asset used for sales and storage in the process of enterprise development. As an important key accounting item, inventory accounts for an important proportion in the financial statements of an enterprise. Therefore, the effective management of inventory is related to the development status and financial results of the enterprise. Inventory is also related to the capital ratio of the enterprise and affects the level of capital occupation and capital operation. With the strong development of national economy, the development of enterprise inventory management has been paid attention to by the senior management of the enterprise. Strengthening the construction of inventory management can greatly improve the level of capital occupation, and promote the efficient utilization and allocation of enterprise resources, so as to enhance the economic benefits and development of the enterprise. However, there are some management problems in the process of inventory management, andthen it needs enterprises to actively seek countermeasures to solve the problem. This paper mainly studies these existing problems and countermeasures in enterprise inventory management, hoping to solve the problem effectively.
