PAGE II 新能源企业的财务风险分析 ——以宁德时代新能源科技股份有限公司为例 摘 要 随着经济全球化的发展，能源的供需已经成为各个国家经济发展道路上的需要深思熟虑的问题，与此同时，使用过多的传统能源会让全球面临的环境问题愈为严峻，全球变暖问题不断威胁着人类的生存环境。对于中国位于一个发展中国家的位置而言，能源产业更是成为制约我国经济发展的一大要素，中国的能源蕴藏量与实际所需量有着较大的差距，在我国能源紧缺与依赖进口能源已经是中国经济不得不考虑的发展问题。新能源近年来成为各大国家所追求的新兴产业，大家都逐渐意识到发展和利用新能源不仅可以使国家的经济发展更上一层楼，而且可以缓解人类生存的环境危机。我国陆续出台各项政策来推进新能源产业的高速发展，促进了各类新能源企业逐渐步入人们的视野。但当前我国在新能源企业财务风险方面的研究并不多，本课题的研究有助于提高我国新能源企业对于财务风险管理的认识，了解风险的来源以及会产生的严重后果，有效的防范风险，保证资金运行的稳定性，维持企业正常的经营活动，利于我国新能源企业的规范运行。 关键词：新能源企业；财务风险；风险防范 Financial Risk Analysis of New Energy Enterprises Abstract With the development of economic globalization, the supply and demand of energy has become a thoughtful issue on the economic development path of various countries. At the same time, excessive use of traditional energy will make the global environmental problems more severe, and global warming is constantly threatening the living environment of mankind. As China is located in a developing country, the energy industry has become a major factor restricting Chinas economic development. There is a big gap between Chinas energy reserves and its actual needs, and Chinas energy shortage and dependence on imported energy have become a development problem that Chinas economy has to consider. In recent years, new energy has become a new industry pursued by major countries. Everyone has gradually realized that the development and utilization of new energy can not only elevate the countrys economic development to a higher level, but also alleviate the environmental crisis of human existence. China has introduced various policies to promote the rapid development of new energy industry, which has promoted various new energy enterprises to step into peoples vision.
