PAGE 18 PAGE 18 西安威虎电器财务风险分析及控制研究 （经济与管理学院） 摘 要：在经济实力不断提升的背景下，整个电器制造行业也迎来前有未有的发展机遇。各个公司纷纷提升其生产效率，因此电器制造市场的竞争无比激烈，对于每一个该领域的公司而言，都无疑面临巨大的挑战。在企业面临的诸多风险与挑战中，财务风险尤为突出。对企业而言，只有在实现财务风险的有效控制前提下，才能为企业长期平稳经营确立保障。 文章以西安威虎电器的财务风险分析及控制为主题。首先，介绍财务风险的相关理论。其次，从筹资、投资、资金营运、收益分配等方面分析了西安威虎电器公司财务风险，具体发现其存在投资、资金回收以及收益方面的风险。集中考察这类风险的成因，最终都可以归结为融资途径缺乏多样化，盲目性过高，投资目的不明确且在对资金的管理过程中缺乏相对比较完善的运营机制，具体的分配政策也相当不合理，员工的工作积极性和风险意识都比较匮乏。最后，针对公司出现的问题提出以下防范措施：一是拓宽融资渠道；二是投资多元化；三是完善企业资金管理；四是调整收益分配政策；五是增强员工的财务风险意识。为类似于西安威虎电器有限公司的企业进行风险识别与防范控制提供借鉴，有助于其进行财务风险分析及控制。 关键词：财务风险；对策；财务风险控制 Financial risk analysis and control of Xian Weihu electric appliance company Abstract：In the context of increasing economic strength, the entire electrical manufacturing industry has also ushered in unprecedented development opportunities. Various companies have increased their production efficiency, so the competition in the electrical manufacturing market is extremely fierce. For every company in this field, they are undoubtedly facing huge challenges. Among the many risks and challenges facing enterprises, financial risks are particularly prominent. For enterprises, only under the premise of effective control of financial risks, can the company establish a guarantee for its long-term stable operation. The article focuses on the financial risk analysis and control of Xian Weihu Electric. First, introduce the relevant theory of financial risk.
