木科论文 木科论文 摘要 现如今，随着经济的不断发展，人们的生活质量也在不断提高，看似一片光明的前 景，却也潜伏着巨大的问题，环境污染和能源危机。所以低碳环保、节能减排成为了我 们重点关注的两个问题，第一个问题的关键就是低碳，就是要最大程度的降低二氧化碳 释放到空气的量，防止加重它对大气层的污染情况。笫二个问题的关键就是节能，减少 物资能源的消耗，以此达到减少废弃物排放的U的。我们想到的低碳节能骨先便是尽量 少的使用汽车出门，可是这只是一方面，我们不能只靠少开车达到低碳的H的，而是开 发出可以替代汽车出行的工具，才能从真正意义上解决环境和能源的问题。新能源汽车 便是这项工具，新能源汽车主要使用的能源是电，最多投入使用的是电动汽车。近些年, 电动汽车发展的越来越快越来越好，这与各国政府和各类企业的支持是离不开的。 我国的电动汽车的发展处于一个刚刚起步的状态，对于它的建设运营还有很多未知 的问题，也就代表着充电站存在着一定的风险。这些不确定的风险会使充电站发生许多 未知的事故，因此对汽车充电站中存在的风险进行识别再对其进行安全评价就显得格外 重要，这样才能在日后的生产运营中有效的规避风险。 本篇论文，首先对国内国外安全评价的发展和充电站的发展进行了研究，并对营口 市的工程概况进行的详细的了解，然后对项口中的有害因素进行辩识，分别使用了定性 定量对充电站进行评价研究，计算事故发生的可能性有多大，发生后会带来多严重的影 响，最后根据评价的结果给充电站提成具体的防范措施和管理方面的建议，以便在之后 建设中尽量的规避掉这些风险。 关键词：电动汽车；充电桩；火灾；防范措施 Abstract Nowadays, with the continuous development of the economy, Peoples quality of life is also improving, seemingly a bright future, but also latent huge problems such as environmental pollution and energy crisis. Therefore, low-carbon environmental protection, energy conservation and emission reduction have become two issues that we focus on. The first issue is the key to low carbon, which is to minimize the amount of carbon dioxide released into the air, to prevent it from contaminating the atmosphere? The second issue is the key to energy conservation, reducing the consumption of material and energy, in order to achieve the goal of reducing waste emissions.
