PAGE PAGE 25 广州市番禺区华圣物流园发展研究 摘 要 物流园在整个物流活动中担任着重要的作用，它不仅仅可以促进物流组织的发展，更是可以促进当地社会经济的发展。从广州市各区的物流发展中看，番禺区的经济发展迅速，货运量大，但是物流园之间没有很好的合作发展关系，导致番禺物流一直居中不上,所以本文的研究对象是位于广州市番禺区的华圣物流园。本文通过实地调查研究，发现物流园的问题所在，总结问题并且结合广州市白云区林安物流园和珠海市德昌顺智慧物流园两个案例进行对比分析。通过三个物流园的对比分析，华圣物流园可以分别借鉴这两个物流园的发展经验，同时要结合自身物流园的条件发展特殊优势，利用这些优势带动园区物流管理。华圣物流园有良好的区位优势条件，必须充分结合优势条件来发展物流园本身，而且华圣物流园的发展有利于番禺区经济的发展，同时促进番禺区的物流发展，并且可以通过华圣物流园的成功发展建议为其他小型物流园提供借鉴的机会，证明小型物流园也可以发展成紧跟物流潮流的物流园。 关键词：华圣物流园；物流资源整合；SWOT分析法 Research on development of Huasheng logistics park in Panyu Guangzhou Abstract Logistics park is a very important link in logistics activities. It can accelerate the development of logistics and put in motion the regional economics. From the perspective of logistics development in various districts of Guangzhou,Panyu’s economic development is fast and its freight volume is large. However,there is no good cooperative development relationship between logistics parks,which leads Panyu logistics to remain in the middle. Therefore,the object of this study is Huasheng Logistics park in Panyu,Guangzhou. Based on the field investigation,this papers can identity the problems of logistics park,summarizes the problems and carry out comparative analysis of two cases of Lin’an logistics park in Baiyun of Guangzhou and Dechang Shun intelligent logistics park in Zhuhai. Through the comparative analysis of three logistics parks,Huasheng logistics park can separate reference the development of these two logistics parks. At the same time,we should develop special advantages according to the coditions of our own logistics park,and use these advantages to drive the logistics management. Huasheng logistics park has good location advantage conditions. It must fully combine the advantage conditions to develop the logistics park itself,and the development of Huasheng logistics park is conducive to the economic development of Panyu,and at the same time,it can promote the logistics development of Panyu.
