PAGE PAGE II 广州市货拉拉同城配送问题研究 摘 要 随着高速发展的各行各业，人们如今的生活方式都离不开“快”与“便捷”两个方面，同时在我国物流的发展下，同城配送越来越被人重视起来，对其的需求也越来越大，因此同城配送是一件值得关注的事情。本文以广州市货拉拉的同城配送作为研究对象，通过实地调研并在笔者的朋友圈等线上渠道发放调查问卷的方式方法对其进行调研，而在校学生与公司员工为主要的研究人群，收集回问卷后对所得的数据进行分析整理，从而得出其发展至今存在的问题，如货拉拉服务态度有待提高、其赔偿机制有待完善、其费用的收取有待合理化。在城市的日益高速发展下，人们对同城配送的需求也越来越大，为了符合物流高速发展的情形以及满足人们的生活需求，研究在这大环境下应运而生的货拉拉同城配送服务毫无疑问是有意义的。 关键词：货拉拉；同城配送；服务质量 Research on Guangzhou Lalamove city distribution Abstract With the rapid development of all walks of life, people todays way of life can not be separated from fast and convenient two aspects.?At the same time, with the development of logistics in China, more and more attention has been paid to the city distribution, so the city distribution is a matter of concern. In this paper, Guangzhou Lalamove city distribution in the same city will be regarded as the research object. Through on-the-spot investigation and in the authors circle of friends and other channels to release the way of questionnaire to conduct research. In this research, students and company employees are the main research group. After collecting and returning the questionnaire, the data obtained are analyzed and sorted out, so as to draw out the problems existing in its development up to now. For example, Lalamoves service attitude needs to be improved, its compensation mechanism needs to be improved, and its charge needs to be rationalized. With the increasingly rapid development of cities, the demand for city-to-city distribution is also growing. In order to meet the rapid development of logistics and meet Peoples needs, there is no doubt that it is meaningful to study the Lalamove city distribution service that emerges at the historic moment in this environment.
