可持续性发展下旧建筑向艺术馆的空间功能转化设计研究 Research on the transformation design of the space function from the old building to the art gallery under the sustainable development 摘要 随着社会的进步和经济发展，城市快节奏的变化使得产业经济结构也持续优化。旧城区面临重建局面，而旧建筑应该拆除重建还是改造利用，成为了热议话题。同时近几年来，我国文化软实力的稳步向上,艺术行业蓬勃发展,越来越多的艺术家与艺术品进入人们的视线当中,美术馆承载着艺术作品,慢慢融入到人们的生活中。因此我们可以以旧建筑为空间载体，研究艺术馆的生活化的可行性。 本文通过对艺术馆的研究，了解具有展览、收藏、研究、教育、交流等功能，但是在这个多样化的时代中，艺术馆还需要具备信息传播、休闲、娱乐等作用。因此艺术馆的建设在空间上可以因地制宜以及具有灵活应变的能力。现在艺术馆单一的空间形式已经不能满足未来艺术作品的展示需求,从国内的大型公共艺术馆来看,仍不能完全满足艺术在空间上的需求。 因此通过老城旧建筑的改造是既可以满足美术馆动态的发展需求,又可以将艺术融入大众的生活中，是提高艺术普及度的一种方法。在改造的过程中要拒绝一次性设计，重新赋予老城旧建筑生命力，除了当下建设艺术馆，将来也可以建筑资源再利用，实现建筑空间的可持续发展。 关键词：旧建筑 艺术空间 可持续发展 改造 再利用 Abstract With the progress of society and economic development, the change of urban fast-paced makes the industrial economic structure continue to optimize. The old urban area is facing the situation of reconstruction, and whether the old buildings should be demolished, reconstructed or utilized has become a hot topic. At the same time, in recent years, with the steady rise of Chinas cultural soft power and the vigorous development of the art industry, more and more artists and works of art come into peoples sight. The art gallery carries the works of art and gradually integrates them into peoples lives. Therefore, we can take the old building as the space carrier to study the feasibility of the living of the art gallery. In this paper, through the research of Art Museum, we know that it has the functions of exhibition, collection, research, education, communication and so on. But in this diversified era, art museum also needs to have the functions of information dissemination, leisure, entertainment and so on. Therefore, the construction of the art gallery can be adapted to local conditions and has the ability of flexibility. Now the single space form of the art gallery can not meet the display needs of future art works.
