商业银行信用风险模型及KMV模型实证分析.pdf

摘 要 信用风险是商业银行主要风险之一，银行经营的好坏与其对信用风险的预 测密切相关。受全球金融危机的影响以及中国金融业的对外不断开放与发展， 我国商业银行怎样对信用风险进行有效防范，研究符合我国国情的信用风险度 量模型，是当前商业银行遇到的最大挑战。 本文主要对信用风险的特点、模型进行了全面分析研究，力求通过分析找 到符合我国实际情况的信用风险度量模型，从而提高我国商业银行的信用风险 预测能力。本文首先分析了信用风险概念及特征，并对我国信用风险的特点进 行了分析。在此基础上，简单介绍了商业银行现代风险模型的思想方法。本文 重点研究 KMV 模型的原理与运算过程。由于 KMV 模型比较适合商业银行对我 国上市公司的信用风险进行评价，本文选取沪深两市24 家上市 ST 公司和非 ST 公司对其进行实证分析，研究结果表明 KMV 模型能够很好地适合我国上市公 司，可以用于度量我国上市公司的信用风险。证实了 KMV 模型能够较好地辨 别 ST 公司与非 ST 公司的信用风险之间的差别，比较准确地反映我国上市公司 信用质量的变化趋势。最后指出 KMV 模型在我国应用的困难与不足，并提出 了有关信用风险后续研究的展望。 关键词: 商业银行；信用风险；KMV模型；上市公司 1 Abstract Credit risks is one of the most important risks of commercial banks, banks ’operation closely relate to the credit risk forecast. Affected by the global financial crisis and Chinese opening and development of external finance, how to carry out effective prevention of credit risk of commercial banks in our country and research on credit risk measurement models which suited to our national conditions, is currently the biggest challenges encountered by commercial banks.
