中文摘要 设计了一种针对洗涤流水线上的织物进行污点检测的软件系统。该系统硬件 装置主要由摄像机、采集卡、计算机、扬声器等部分组成。系统软件在 Visual C++ 6.0 环境下利用 OpenCV 视觉库函数开发，主要由参数设置、图像采集、图 像预处理、污点检测和输出报警等模块组成。给出了系统污点检测的流程。首 先，对采集到的图像进行预处理，再利用图像的像素特征统计和帧差法找出合适 的污点与背景的分割阈值，最后在白色亮矩形框中将检测出的污点圈出。在实验 室环境下进行了实验验证。实验结果表明，该软件对模拟流水线上织物的污点识 别率达到 59.38% ，检测错误率为2.05% ，漏检率为 1.24%。识别准确性达到了系 统的设计初衷。 关键词 计算机视觉，污点检测，图像处理，像素统计法 外文摘要 Title Software Designing Based on Video Detection on Washing Line Abstract To design a software system for detecting the fabric stains on Washing line. The system hardware devices are the composition of camcorders,capture cards,computers, speakers and other parts.System software is used vision library of Open Source Computer Vision Library function development under the environment of VC 6.0,It is mainly set by parameters, image acquisition, image preprocessing, such as stain detection and alarm output modules. It gives the processes of the stains detection system.firstly,It collected image preprocessing,and then it is to find the right spot, and background segmentation threshold by using of the image pixels feature statistics and frame difference method . Finally, it will detect stains circle in bright white rectangular box .the last thing is to do the experimental verification in the laboratory environment.Experimental results show that the software for the simulation of the pipeline stain fabric recognition rate reaches 59.38%,it reaches 2.05% for the detection error rate,and reaches 1.24% for the missing rate.Recognition accuracy has met the system about what it had been designed .
