The ES630P is a high-performance AC servo drive developed by Inovance for small- and medium-power applications. Its power ranges from 200 W to 7.5 kW. The main features of this product are as follows: ■ Supports Modbus, CANopen, and CANlink communication protocols through the corresponding communication port, allowing networking of multiple servo drives controlled by a host controller. ■ Equipped with such functions as stiffness level setting, inertia auto-tuning, and vibration suppression, simplifying the operations. ■ Allows quiet and stable operation and accurate positioning control through working with the ISMH series medium-to-small inertia high-response servo motor equipped with a 20-bit incremental encoder or 23-bit multi-turn absolute encoder. ■ Implements fast and accurate position control, speed control, and torque control in such automation equipment as rotary platen systems, blocking behind press of the bending machine, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, transport machineries, food processing machineries, machine tools, and conveying machineries.
