2 2 设计题目：安山煤矿 4 、 5 煤开采设计 专 业：采矿工程 本 科 生： （签名） 指导老师： （签名） 摘 要 本 设 计 为 安 山煤 矿 开 采 设 计 。该 井田 地 质 条 件 简 单 ，可采 煤 层 有 2 层 ，地 质 资 源 储 量 为 145.55Mt ， 设 计 可 采 储 量 为 84.35Mt ， 设 计 生 产 能 力 1.2Mt/a , 服 务 年 限 50.2a 。 本 矿 井 采 用 平硐 开 拓 方 式 ，共 布 置 2 个 开 采 水 平 ，首 采第 一 水 平 。设 置 四 个 井 筒 ， 即 主平 硐 、 副 平 硐 、 回 风斜 井 及 回风 平 硐 。 采区 划 分 ， 条 带 式 开 采， 采 用 一 次 采 全高 走 向长 壁 综 合 机 械化 采 煤 法 ， 后 退 式 回采 。 工 作 面 长 度 200m， 工 作 制 为 “四六 制 ”， 日进 9 刀 煤 。 主 平 硐 采 用 胶 带 输 送 机 运 输 ， 副 平 硐采 用 无 轨 胶 轮 车 运输 。瓦 斯 涌 出 量 低 ，为 低 瓦 斯 矿 井 ， 采 用中 央 并 列 式 通 风 系 统， 抽 出式 通 风 。 关键词 ： 安山 煤矿 平 硐 开 拓 矿 井 通 风 无 轨 胶 轮 车 设计类型 ：模拟 型 Subject ：An Shang4 2 、 52 coal mine mining design Specialty ： Mining Engineering Undergraduate ： （Signature ） Instructor ： （Signature ） Abstract This design is done for the An Shan mine.The geological condition of coal mine is simple ， there are 2 layers of coal which are recoverable and the retain 第 1 页 geological reserves is 145.55Mt and the recoverable reserves of design is 84.35Mt and the designed mine capability is 1.2Mt/a; the mime service life is 50.2 years. This mine use the manner of adit multi-level open up,there are 2 levels be setted and the first mining level is level 1.There are 4 shafts,the main adit,the vice adit ,return air adit and the back to the wind shaft.Mining area divided and strip mining and use of full height once mining Longwall comprehensive mechanized mining method.
