MEG36 Series Liquid-Cooled Motor A02 Data code Preface Preface Thank you for purchasing the MEG36 series liquid-cooled motor. The MEG36 series liquid-cooled motor is a three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor that carries the highest torque among Inovance motor family. It is designed for injection molding machine and aluminum profile industries. MEG36 series liquid-cooled motors, which cover a power range of 94 kW to 267 kW and a torque range of 750 N·m to 1500 N·m, are further divided into 1200 RPM series sand 1700 RPM series to fit different speed requirements in actual applications. The MEG36 series liquid-cooled motors adopt the oil-cooling mode by default. In this way the motor can share the same oil channel with the whole system. In addition, the stator winding carries a built-in PTC for temperature protection and the rotor adopts the built-in structure to greatly improve the demagnetization resistance capacity of the motor. MEG36 series liquid-cooled motors can be used together with Inovance IS580/MD500E series drives to form a drive system featuring high performance, high efficiency, and low noise. This user guide presents motor technical data, installation and wiring instructions, and descriptions for the cooling system. First-time users must read through this user guide.
