（数控模具设计）堵头的注 塑工艺分析及模具设计毕 业设计说明书 河南理工大学本科毕业设计说明书（论文） 摘 要 塑料在当今世界上无处不用，因此塑料模具有很大发展，特别是 注塑模。由此可知，研究注塑模具对了解塑料产品的生产过程和提高 产品质量有很大意义。 本课题主要是针对堵头的模具设计,通过对塑件进行工艺性分析 和比较,最终设计出一副注塑模。该课题从产品结构工艺性及具体模 具结构出发，对模具的浇注系统、模具成型部分的结构、顶出系统、 冷却系统、注塑机的选择及有关参数的校核、都有详细的设计，通过 整个设计过程表明该模具能够达到此塑件所要求的加工工艺。根据题 目设计的主要任务是堵头的注塑工艺及模具设计。也就是设计一副注 塑模具来生产堵头，以实现自动化提高产量。 通过本设计，可以对注塑模具有一个较深的认识，注意到设计中 的某些细节问题，了解模具结构及工作原理；通过学习，可以建立较 简单零件的零件库，从而有效的提高工作效率；通过画装配图、零件 图，进一步系统深化CAD 熟练程度，加深了对模具各个零件的认识。 关键字: 塑料模具，注射机，型腔，浇注系统 II ABSTRACT Plastic is everywhere in the world today, so the plastic mold is a great development, especially in injection molding. Therefore, research to understand plastic injection mold production process and improve the quality of products have great significance. The main issue is the mold design for the plug, through the technological analysis and the comparison of the plastic part, the final design of an injection mold.
