摘要 HBT100 混凝土泵是一种将达到泵送条件的混凝土通过水平或垂直铺设的 管道连续的输送到建筑施工现场的混凝土输送机械。它被广泛的应用于城建、 矿山、电力、能源、交通及其他部门的混凝土建筑工程中。 HBT100混凝土泵的工作原理是依靠液压系统通过推送机构将混凝土泵送 出去，而泵送混凝土的质量与混凝土泵的使用性能直接与混凝土拖泵的总体设 计相关。 本文主要完成了 HBT100混凝土泵的总体设计： 总体方案确定、 车架的 选材、布置及焊接；料斗材料及尺寸的确定；搅拌叶片结构形式及尺寸的确定； 搅拌轴的强度校核与计算以及其结构形式的确定； S 型管阀结构形式及尺寸确 定。 关键词： 混凝土泵，车架，料斗，搅拌叶片，搅拌轴， S 管阀 第 1 页 Abstract The HBT100 concrete pump will be one kind conforms to the transportation condition concrete the pipeline which or vertical will lay down through the level continuously to transport to the construction job location concrete transportation machinery. It widely is applied to the urban construction，the mine，the electric power，the energy，the transportation and in other departments concrete building projects. Working principle of the HBT100 concrete pump is to rely on the hydraulic system by pushing institutions to concrete pumping out, and the quality of pumped concrete and concrete pump performance is directly related to the overall design of trailer concrete pump.
