PAGE / NUMPAGES 本科学生毕业论文 中小企业融资存在的问题与对策 The Graduation Thesis for Bachelors Degree The Existing Problems and Countermeasures for Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Financing Candidate：Ding xin Specialty：Accounting Class：07-1 Supervisor：Instructor Zhang Rui Heilongjiang Institute of Technology 2011-06·Harbin 摘 要 随着社会主义市场经济体制的逐步建立，规模小、数量多的中小企业已经成为国民经济的重要组成部分。然而我国中小企业的寿命明显低于世界平均水平，而影响中小企业寿命的原因之一就是中小企业的融资难问题，因此，解决中小企业融资难的问题有助于提高中小企业的寿命，促进其持续发展。 本论文介绍了中小企业融资的一些基本知识和理论，并对中小企业融资概念、方式和特征进行分析，同时结合对中小企业融资难的原因分析，提出了克服中小企业融资难问题的策略与建议。 本文的研究结论有助于中小企业增强其融资能力、促进中小企业的持续发展，进而推动我国社会经济的稳定增长、推动我国的城市化进程。 关键词：中小企业；融资；问题；原因；对策 ABSTRACT As the socialist market economic system establish gradually, a number of small and medium enterprises have become an important. While the small and medium enterprises’life of our country are under the world’s equal standard obviously, and one of the reason that effects the small and medium enterprises’ life is the problem of small and medium enterprises financing.So it is very helpful to improve the small and medium enterprises’ life and its’development by solving the problem. This essay introduces a series of basically knowledge and theories about the small and medium enterprises financing, including the concept,way and characteristics of the small and medium enterprises. At the same time,this essay analysis the reason why the small and medium enterprises have difficulties in finance,and puts forward some strategies and advises for the small and medium enterprises financing. The conclusion of the study do good to improve the small and medium enterprises’ financial capability, promote the small and medium enterprises’development continuously so that to increase our social economy stably and to promote our urbanization process.
