自动变速器的检测与维修 [摘要] 随着科学技术的进步，汽车已经成为当今世界的主流，汽车的发明给人 类带来极大的方便，汽车的操纵性、舒适性也一直在逐渐提高，而手动变速器已 经逐渐被自动变速器所取代。自动变速器能进行反复的加速、减速、变速换档等 功能，具有变速平滑、驾驶轻便等优点。但是与传统的手动变速器相比，也存在 结构复杂、检测、诊断和维修难等问题。 本文首先论述了自动变速器的发展情况，然后对自动变速器组成、结构、特 点、工作原理进行研究。其次对自动变速器常见故障进行检测诊断研究，主要有 汽车不能行驶、自动变速器打滑、自动变速器异响。描述故障具体现象和可能的 故障原因，进行详细的故障机理分析，并将自动变速器动态性能试验运用其中， 有失速试验和时滞试验，对故障进行检测诊断，准确确定故障部位。进而对故障 进行排除，并画出故障诊断流程图。最后通过现场收集实际案例进行分析，证明 故障检测诊断分析的正确性。 [关键词] ：自动变速器；结构组成；常见故障；检测与维修 [Abstract] With the scientific and technological progress, cars have become the mainstream of the world, the invention of cars brings mankind great convenience, the handling and comfort has also been gradually improving, and the manual transmission has been gradually replaced by automatic transmission. Automatic transmission can be repeated for the acceleration, deceleration, speed transmission, and other functions, the speed with smooth, light and other advantages of driving.
