All deliveries and services are based on the followingconditions and additional contract agreements. Purchasingconditions of the buyer are not part of the contract. All documents of the quotation (samples, test results,drawings…) in soft or hard form are the property of th esupplier. All rights are reserved by the supplier. The seller commits not to pass informations and documents that are marked confidential to third parties without and only with the written permission of the seller全部以任何电子或纸质的报价文件〔以及样品、测试结果、图纸等〕应为供货方的财产。供货方保存全部与之相关的权利。严格制止向第三方供应此类信息。供货方承诺未经买方书面答应不将标有“机密〞字样的信息与文件转交第三方。3. It is expected that the buyer will promptly reviewincoming shipments of the seller’s products for completeness and accuracy. The seller will correct documented shortages or errors in shipment, provided that the seller is notified of such shortages or error within30 days of invoice date.买方应准时检查卖方到货是否完好和精确。卖方应更正记录的装运短缺或错误，但需在发票日期之后30天内收到有关此类短缺或错误的通知。Product description:产品描绘:Detailed technical data/description refers to final quotation PA xxxx.详细技术参数详见工程报价PA xxxx。Terms of payment:付款条件:1. 40％ down payment within one week upon contract signed.40％预付款〔合同含税总价〕,合同签署后一周内到帐。2. 25％ within one week, after design confirmation.设计确认后一周内支付25％货款。3. 30％ within one week after pre-acceptance at Seller’splant, then start consignment flow.在卖方工厂预验收完毕后一周内支付30％货款, 付款后启动发货流程。4. 5％ within one week, after the final-acceptance终验收后一周内支付5％货款。Remarks:A.
