石家庄地区肺炎支原体感染血清流行病学调查 ———————————————————————————————— 作者： ———————————————————————————————— 日期： 石家庄地区肺炎支原体感染的流行病学调查 贺政新 贺占国 张智慧 侯天文 陈 晶作者简介：贺政新，〔1979-〕，男，硕士，主要研究方向：临床检验诊断学，E-mail： 作者简介：贺政新，〔1979-〕，男，硕士，主要研究方向：临床检验诊断学，E-mail： hezx1979@yahoo .cn。 通讯 陈晶，女，副主任技师，主要研究方向：临床检验诊断学，E-mail： guchen65cn@yahoo .cn。 〔解放军白求恩国际和平医院检验实验中心 河北石家庄 050082〕 摘要 目的：了解石家庄地区肺炎支原体感染的血清流行病学情况。方法：选择2021年3月～2021年2月我院住院和门诊收治的急性呼吸道感染患者1902例为研究对象，采用间接免疫荧光法〔IFA〕检测其血清肺炎支原体IgM抗体，并分析其流行病学资料。结果：1902例血清标本中，284例(14.93％)肺炎支原体IgM抗体阳性，男性和女性的阳性率无显著差异。肺炎支原体抗体阳性的患者主要分布于0～15岁年龄段，阳性检出率最高的年龄组为0～6岁，占21.26％ (132/621)。各个季节均有肺炎支原体感染阳性患者，感染率无显著差异性，秋〔80例〕、冬〔96例〕两季的阳性感染率高于春〔56例〕、夏〔52例〕两季。患者100%出现发热病症，95.77%出现咳嗽。结论：石家庄地区肺炎支原体感染的主要人群为未成年人，无季节性和性别差异，以发热和咳嗽为最主要的临床病症。 关键词：肺炎支原体；间接免疫荧光法；流行病学 中图分类号：R446.61，R181.22 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1673-6273〔2021〕 A Seroepidemiological Survey on Mycoplasma pneumoniae Infection in Shijiazhuang HE Zheng-xin, HE Zhan-guo, ZHANG Zhi-hui, HOU Tian-wen, Chen Jing (Department of Clinical Laboratory, Bethune International Peace Hospital of PLA, Shijiazhuang 050082, China) ABSTRACT Objective: To analyze the epidemic pattern and clinical features of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in Shijiazhuang. Methods: Indirect immunofluorescence assay (IFA) was employed to detect the IgM antibodies specific to Mycoplasma pneumoniae in 1902 sera from patients with clinical respiratory tract infection, thus the Mycoplasma pneumoniae infections were judged and the epidemiological data were analyzed. Results: In the 1902 sera, 284(14.93％) cases were Mycoplasma pneumoniae IgM positive with no significant difference between male and female and the age group of 0～6 showed a highest positive rate(21.26%). Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection distributed in every season with no significant difference. 100% patients had fever and 95.77% patients got cough. Conclusion: In Shijiazhuang, minor was the major Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection crowd. Fever and cough were the main clinical features. Keywords: Mycoplasma pneu
