PAGE PAGE 27 杭州下沙大学城商业空间结构优化研究 摘要：杭州下沙大学城，又叫下沙高教园区，是浙江省最大规模的高教园区，目前有15所高校和700多家现代制造企业。大学城的整个城市空间包括商业空间、教学空间、生活空间、交通空间、生态空间等,而商业空间是比较重要的[1]。所以在大学城的开发和建设中需要充分发挥商业空间的功能，所以有必要对此进行研究。于是，本文通过研究杭州下沙大学城的商业空间组织及形态，并对大学城商业空间进行等级划分，然后对大学城商业空间的发展提出建议。论文总共分为五个部分： 第一部分是诸论。主要概述论文的研究背景、目的、内容和方法。 第二部分分析具体的研究对象—杭州下沙大学城。介绍杭州下沙大学城的建设背景，概述大学城商业形成发展的过程，对下沙大学城商业类型进行划分。 第三部分研究杭州下沙大学城商业空间等级划分。采用SPSS聚类分析法，对杭州下沙大学城商业空间以商业规模、经营种类、商圈大小这三个指标进行等级划分,划分为大学区域级、住区级二级,再依次研究分析。 第四部分分析杭州下沙大学城的商业空间组织形态。对大学城商业空间的形态进行分类并归纳分布情况，然后再仔细研究住区级的商业空间布局情况。 第五部分进行总结。利用SWOT分析法对大学城商业发展进行分析，对大学区域级、住区级商业空间的发展依次进行定位，最后对杭州下沙大学城未来发展给出相应的建议。 关键词：大学城，商业空间，下沙 Structure optimization research of commercial space in Hangzhou xiasha university city Abstract: Hangzhou xiasha university town, also called the xiasha higher education park, in zhejiang province is the largest higher education park, there are 15 universities and more than 700 modern manufacturing companies. University city of the whole urban space including commercial space, teaching space, living space, traffic space and ecological space, commercial space is more important.
