窗体顶端 “老漂族”社会适应问题研究及社会工作介入 ——以北京J社区为例 摘要 在中国经济发展和人口老龄化的背景下，“老漂族”群体日渐壮大，老漂族们为了子女们工作和生活需要，背井离乡来到异地成为了老年流动人口，主动担起了家庭日常劳动、最重要的是帮助对第三代的抚育功能。然而在新的居住地他们对新生活不适应、情感空虚、娱乐生活缺乏等诸多问题却没有得到社会的足够关注。本文对社区内的五位老人通过访谈和观察进行研究，采用质性研究的方法来分析老漂族的社会适应问题和影响因素，主要通过生活方式适应、心理适应、关系适应、社会环境适应、经济适应五个方面来讨论老漂族的社会适应问题。基于对社会适应和影响因素的分析结果，发现了二胎政策下延长了居住时间、对家乡的长期思念、社区的忽视等问题。本研究提出了小组工作介入方法和策略，以求改善老漂族群体在社会适应阶段出现的困难，并且提升他们的生活幸福感和对于社区的归属感。 关键字：老漂族，社会适应，社会工作 A Study on the Social Adaptation Problem of the elder floating generation and the Intervention of Social Work - A Case Study of Beijing J Community Social Work 13-2 JiayunYang Supervisor JingYang Abstract In the context of Chinas economic development and population aging, the the elder floating generation groups are growing, the elder floating generation for their children to work and life needs, to leave their homes to become a migrant population, take the initiative to take up the family daily work , The most important thing is to help the third generation of tending function. However, in the new place of residence they are not suited to new life, emotional emptiness, lack of entertainment and many other problems have not received enough attention from the community. In this paper, five elder floating generation in the community were interviewed and observed through the study, using qualitative research methods to analyze the social adaptation and influencing factors of the old drift, mainly through lifestyle adaptation, psychological adaptation, relationship adaptation, social environment adaptation, economy to adapt to the five aspects of the old drift society to adapt to the problem. Based on the analysis of social adaptation and influencing factors, it was found that there were problems such as prolonged residence time, long thoughts of home, neglect of community, and so on.
