Creditors are concerned about the capital structure and debt paying ability of the enterprise, which can measure their take the safety of principal and interest, through the profitability analysis, can reflect the enterprise whether has strong profitability and development trend of profitability, can measure the security of the creditors are capital; Because of the existence of two rights separation and agency problem, through the profitability analysis, can reflect the performance of the enterprise, supervise operator encouraged them to work harder for investors to work, so as to safeguard the interests of investors.
