PAGE PAGE 4 吸 湿 器 MOISTRE ABSORPTION IMPLEMENT 使 用 说 明 书 OPERATION INSTRUCTION 沈阳明远电器设备有限公司 SHENYANG MINGYUAN ELECTRIC EQUIPMENT CO., Ltd. 1.产品用途： 1.Product purpose: XS - B型吸湿器是我公司根据特变电工变压器集团Q/TT J32.07.11-2004企业标准和国内变压器配置标准开发生产的新产品。它用于容量大于50KVA以上的变压器和解除真空干燥空气的专用装置，作用是保护储油柜内的空气干燥，吸附由于变压器温度之变化而进入变压器（或互感器）储油柜的空气中粉尘和潮气。当变压器运行中油面产生变化时，使进入储油柜的空气经吸湿器净化，滤除空气中的粉尘和水分，以保持变压器油的绝缘强度和气囊内部空气干燥。 XS - B model Dehumifier is the new product,which is according to tho TEBIANGONG transformer Grorp Q/TTJ32.07.11-2004transformer configure standard in China to develop and product.lt used volume more 50KVA trans-form,and relieved vacuum dryness air’s expert set.lt effects to sustain air dryness to the protect gascupboard, adsoyb humidity and air’s dust that from the transformer temperature vary into transformer(instrument transformer) gascpboard.,The gasface changes when the transformer runs, it make into the gascupboard air to cleanse by Dehu-midifier, and filter dusthumidity, so that keep the gas， s insulation intensity and air dryness in the air chamber. 2.产品结构特点： 2.Product structure characteristic: (1)该产品大净化室采用钢结构一次冷压成型，内装2-6mm的变色吸附剂；小净化室采用铝件精加工外套高强度玻璃罐并设有油面警戒线内装变压器油，避免了传统产品易碎不防爆和小净化室喷油现象。 (1)The product purificatory space adopt steel structure once cold compress model,it contains change-coly sorpent2-6mm; The small purificatory space adopt the aluminum finish machining and wrap high strength glass pot,set gasguard line in load transformer gas,it avoids that crispness no burst burst proof for tradition product and spray gasfor the small purificatory.
