齐齐哈尔工程学院毕业设计（论文） PAGE PAGE I 摘 要 快递分拣控制系统是完成配送、配送中心分拣和分配操作的现代化操作设备，是进行分拣配送业务的有力技术保障。本文主要是为了一些中小型企业，设计出一种廉价但是功能齐全的快递分拣控制系统。目前，国内外几乎所有的物流分拣中心都配备有快递分拣控制系统。快递分拣作业在许多小城市仍然依赖于手工作业，这种分拣方法多用于链式输送机、输送带、滚筒式输送机等输送机，其原理是利用输送机进行快递的分拣、分配及运输。快递分拣作业人员根据快递上的快递条码，对符合要求的快递进行分拣，选择它并把它放置在一个料槽的相应传送带上。 本文主要介绍了分拣系统在快递方面的应用，低成本，高效率的自动分拣系统采用PLC（可编程控制器）设计，设计使用西门子PLC中的S7-200作为主要控制器，它结合了气动装置，传感技术和位置感应技术，可实现大量快递的快速分拣。且系统自动化程度高，运行稳定，精度高，控制方便，并可以根据其使用对象要求的不同进而修改系统以满足要求。 关键词：快递分拣装置；可编程控制器；传感器 Abstract The express sorting control system is a modern operation equipment for sorting and distributing operations of distribution and distribution centers， and is a powerful technical guarantee for sorting and distributing business.This article is mainly for some small and medium-sized enterprises to design a cheap but fully functional express sorting control system.At present， almost all logistics sorting centers at home and abroad are equipped with express sorting control systems. Courier sorting operations still rely on manual work in many small cities. This sorting method is mostly used for conveyors such as chain conveyors， conveyor belts， and drum conveyors. The principle is to use conveyors for sorting and distribution of express delivery. And transportation.The courier sorting operator sorts the couriers that meet the requirements according to the courier barcode on the courier. Select it and place it on the corresponding conveyor belt in one chute. This thesis mainly introduces the application of sorting system in express delivery. The low-cost， high-efficiency automatic sorting system adopts PLC (programmable controller) design，and uses S7-200 in Siemens PLC as the main controller. Pneumatic devices，sensing technology and position sensing technology enable fast sorting of a large number of express delivery.The system has high degree of automation，stable operation，high precision，convenient control，and can modify the system to meet the requirements according to the requirements of its use o
